∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)
∎ Skills Required: Cheque Dishonour Law, Corporate Agreements, Corporate and Commercial Law, Labor Law, Land Law, Legal Affairs, Legal vetting

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Court Practices, Experience in liaison work with government officials

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Close liaison with company retainers at Dhaka and other places for filing, follow up and establishing the litigation in favour of the company.
∎ Visiting Court as a witness of the company and giving evidence.
∎ Close liaison and coordination with field forces and others for ensuring the legal rights of the company.
∎ Retain all legal information systematically and provide reports as and when required.
∎ Follow up on ongoing cases and suits and support with necessary information.
∎ Creation and renewal of agreements for company shops and other establishments.
∎ Vetting the ownership documents of the landlord of the shops and other establishments.
∎ Retain all files of agreements and information systematically.
∎ Take part in payment of rental advance and other legal fees to the vendors.
∎ Handle and maintenance of all insurance and all the necessary work for getting claims.
∎ Take part in other legal and admin concerned works as and when required.
∎ Liaison with the police stations and Government agencies as and when required.
∎ Supporting and providing any emergency support to the shop in case of theft in the shop and taking legal action.
∎ Answering legal explanations to the Government Offices’ notice from time to time.
