Hardware & Networking, IT Support Service, IT Troubleshooting

Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide instant resolution to all the incidents raised in Helpdesk system. Documenting knowledgebase for future Incident handling Issues.
∎ Providing support to IT Administration supervisor for maintaining Asset register and for other tracking Applications.
∎ Carried out established system management criteria monitor procedures and policies assigned to him.
∎ Ensure all workstations are properly configured and operational for new hires or relocations.
∎ Install hardware and software and configure desktop systems, including telephones and personal digital assistants, under the direction of reporting Head.
∎ Monitor office systems and peripherals for proper operation. Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance and repairs.
∎ Troubleshoot problems with desktop software. Escalate user problems as appropriate.
∎ Configuring Router, Switch, LAN, WAN
∎ Configure & troubleshooting Radio Network.
∎ Configure & troubleshooting NVR,DVR ,IP camera ,IP Phone & Access control device .
∎ Attendence device Installation,Backup & Restore user Data.
∎ MS outlook mail configure, PST Backup & Repair.
∎ DNS & Active Directory.
∎ Print server configuration.
∎ Any other relevent task assigned by the departmental Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hands-on experience on Hardware Devices & Drivers, Storage devices; I/O devices Trouble Shooting
∎ Experience in PLC-related device communication.
∎ Experience in ERP user support & User Training.
∎ Must be hard working with leadership skill and problem solving skill.
