Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor inventory movement, stock levels, and reconciliation activities
Ensure accurate stock receiving, issuance, and system updating
Maintain inventory records in ERP/WMS systems accurately
Conduct periodic stock verification and cycle counting activities
Coordinate with procurement and distribution teams for stock availability
Monitor slow-moving, excess, and near-expiry inventory items
Prepare inventory reports, stock summaries, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with inventory SOPs and storage standards
Support audit activities through proper documentation and record maintenance
Optimize inventory utilization to minimize stock discrepancies and losses
Coordinate with stores and warehouse teams for smooth inventory flow
Ensure proper handling and storage of medical equipment and materials
