Job Context:
∎ Mobilize trade business of the bank, provide trade-related solutions with collaboration with trade operation and business units, develop and maintain trade-related MIS
∎ Designation: Officer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support team members to execute day to day transactions related to International Trade
∎ Trade Customer Complain Management in line with other related departments
∎ Work as key contact point/person between customer, international trade services and wholesale banking division
∎ Provide necessary information to customer as per their requirements related to International Trade
∎ Develop and circulate MIS for all Export-Import transactions
∎ Initiate new ideas to digitalize transaction process for trade customers
∎ Arrange meeting with different stake holders and follow up to ensure output
∎ Visit customer office and factories time to time to develop relationship

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS), Certified expert in Trade Services (CETS) will be given preference.
∎ Good communication skills in both writing and speaking, team player, ability to work under pressure, good analytical skills.
∎ Very Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint
