Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree preferably in Business discipline from any reputed Public/Private/Foreign University with good academic track record having no Third Class/ Division/ Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the educational records.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct risk based audit in accordance with the regulatory guidelines and bank's internal policy guidelines.
∎ Check & verify the books & records of Branches in order to determine the perfection.
∎ Examine the records & transactions of different modules of Core banking Software such as GB, Credit, Foreign Trade, Treasury, GL etc. to determine the accuracy.
∎ Constant follow-up on the issues/resolutions of audit findings.
∎ Identify the strengths/weaknesses of Branches & Head Office Divisions/Departments and put recommendation for improvements.
∎ Identify the lapses/irregularities & risk exposures in banking operations and to suggest the remedial measures for correction & mitigation
∎ Maintain effective liaison with Bangladesh Bank, other Regulatory Authorities and External Auditors etc.
∎ Any other responsibility as & when assigned by the competent authority of the bank from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 04(four) years of experience in commercial bank preferably in IC&CD of a scheduled commercial Bank.
∎ Well conversant in relevant regulatory policies, guidelines
∎ Strong leadership ability.
∎ Strategic state of mind.
∎ Outstanding ability to lead and manage.
∎ Continually drive effective results.
∎ Communicate effectively at all levels.
