Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or regulatory reporting, preferably in a bank or financial institution

• Experience with CBS platforms (e.g., Temenos T24, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, FloraBank, or similar) is an advantage

• Strong experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Microsoft Excel advanced, Power BI, Tableau, SAP Crystal Reports, SSRS, or similar)

• Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL with experience in Oracle or SQL Server databases

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Age At least 18 years

• Strong understanding of core banking operations and regulatory/reporting requirements (CL, CIB, RIT, RBS)

• Familiarity with data extraction and system integration using APIs

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

• Knowledge of programming/scripting (Python, Java, or .NET) is an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve banking products, services, and operational processes

• Lead and collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives, including fintech integration, core banking system enhancement, automation, AI implementation, and paperless banking solutions.

• Design and promote customer experience (CX) improvements across banking channels

• Manage CBS upgrades, integrations, and process optimization initiatives

• Coordinate development of cross-platform applications (web, mobile, and enterprise systems)

• Research emerging fintech trends, AI applications, and automation tools

• Prepare project proposals, feasibility studies, and performance reports

• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution

• Drive business process re-engineering to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
