Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or regulatory reporting, preferably in a bank or financial institution
Experience with CBS platforms (e.g., Temenos T24, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, FloraBank, or similar) is an advantage
Strong experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Microsoft Excel advanced, Power BI, Tableau, SAP Crystal Reports, SSRS, or similar)
Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL with experience in Oracle or SQL Server databases
Strong understanding of core banking operations and regulatory/reporting requirements (CL, CIB, RIT, RBS)
Familiarity with data extraction and system integration using APIs
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of programming/scripting (Python, Java, or .NET) is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good communication and documentation skills
Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve banking products, services, and operational processes
Lead and collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives, including fintech integration, core banking system enhancement, automation, AI implementation, and paperless banking solutions.
Design and promote customer experience (CX) improvements across banking channels
Manage CBS upgrades, integrations, and process optimization initiatives
Coordinate development of cross-platform applications (web, mobile, and enterprise systems)
Research emerging fintech trends, AI applications, and automation tools
Prepare project proposals, feasibility studies, and performance reports
Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
Drive business process re-engineering to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
