Job Responsibilities:
∎ Absenteeism Report collect & head count (Sewing & Finishing).
∎ Make balancing operator capacity report.
∎ New operator assessment.
∎ Make style changeover record & reducing the way of style changeover.
∎ Line wise manpower setup.
∎ Every hour production monitoring (Responsible line).
∎ Efficiency measure & develop.
∎ Making Line workstation layout.
∎ Skill matrix & skill upgradation system.
∎ Calculate accurate NPT of sewing & finishing.
∎ Working hour report tracking from sewing & finishing.
∎ Make line capacity & make capacity grapy for every style.
∎ Doing Production study, method study, motion study.
∎ Sewing manpower reduction.
∎ Monthly & Yearly operator assessment.
∎ Weekly machine summary report makes.
∎ Bottle neck analysis & monitoring.
∎ Quick response in machine breakdown.
∎ Any others related task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communicative skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Good Interpersonal Communication skills.
∎ Should be honest, hard working, enthusiastic, self-motivated.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
