Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate overall recruitment and selection process
∎ Plan and coordinate onboarding process of new employees
∎ Prepare approval notes, Employment Offer, Appointment letters and posting orders
∎ Coordinate Internal/external training based on training plan.
∎ Assist in annual performance evaluation process
∎ Ensure all employee logistics through HR service
∎ Oversee employee file preparations and updating in line with Service team. (Physically and in HRIS)
∎ Ensure timely Full and final settlement with payroll and accounts team Plan and recommend employee engagement
