∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ MBA in HRM will get preference.

∎ Must have knowledge in Bangla Tying(Bijoy).
∎ Strong attention to detail.
∎ Good Problem Solving capabilities, Good Communication Skills & Interpersonal Skills.
∎ Good Hand in Microsoft Office(Excel/Word/Presentation).
∎ Ability and have mindset to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop & implement KPI-based performance appraisal system.
∎ Monitoring and developing performance appraisal throughout the year.
∎ To help the rewards and punishment process.
∎ To ensure employee counseling & motivation.
∎ Monitor Performance and operational KPIs to assess business performance against targets.
∎ To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the group and make sure that the policies are duly implemented.
∎ Ensure proper disciplinary action as per company disciplinary procedures.
∎ Assist the alignment of HR operations with business objectives across all departments and units.
∎ Assisting talent acquisition and retention efforts while maintaining a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
∎ Drive performance management (KPI and competencies driven) and career cycle management process.
∎ Ensure performance reviews, mid-year check-ins, and continuous feedback sessions among managers and employees.
∎ Draft and prepare HR-related correspondence, including letters and memos.
∎ Develop policy guidelines entire Compliance issues with local laws, regulations.
∎ Address employee relations issues, including complaints and workplace concerns.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to provide data-driven decision support.
∎ Any other duties as instructed by management.
∎ We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to oversee key performance appraisals, manage KPIs, and address disciplinary actions while fostering talent development through the creation and implementation of effective policies and procedures.
