Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline. MBA in HRM/PGD in HRM will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage all aspects the HR & Administration to ensure the smooth running of the programs in compliance with organization and donor regulations for Cox's Bazar.
∎ Implementation of the HR & Administration strategy for UNICEF funded project in Cox’s Bazar.
∎ Staff recruitment, personnel file management.
∎ Responsible for procurement of UNICEF funded project.
∎ Smooth IT support ensure in all office in Cox’s Bazar.
∎ Prepare agreement with landlord, vendor, or any supplier.
∎ Day to day administrative management of the office which includes travel, logistics, security, premises, assets management, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum of 4 years of work experience within the field of HR and Administration.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Preference will be given to those who can speak the local language of Chottogram.
∎ Very good computer literacy in MS Excel and MS Word is an essential requirement.
∎ Very good knowledge of HR and Administration.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 45,000/- per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
