Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Graduate in Civil Engineering from reputed public university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct site visit and preparing the technical report, including property valuation, construction progress report and cost estimation of the project.
∎ Check the building plan, Construction Permission letter & other required documents
∎ Check the Engineering calculation & Details drawings
∎ Visit the security sites regularly and measure the various deviation matters such as floor, unit, height deviation etc.
∎ Prepare the phase disbursement plan for the construction proposal.
∎ Supervise the construction progress of the project site.
∎ Act in accordance with the various Building Construction Acts and Guidelines.
∎ Ensure the status that the fund is utilized properly.
∎ Shorten the turn-around time in a way to make the process smoother.
∎ Deliver quality service to the internal customer as well as external.
∎ Work closely with CRM, Business functions and other stakeholders to provide value-added risk information to assist the business in achieving quality growth.
∎ Comply with Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
∎ Prepare and monitor the MIS of the technical reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Should also have knowledge of financial institution operations, policies and procedures, and systems.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Written and oral communication in English
∎ Computer Skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Office etc.)
Salary:
∎ Tk. 31000 - 46000 (Monthly)
∎ Officer Grade-II: BDT 31,000 during probation and BDT 41,000 upon confirmation.
Officer Grade-III: BDT 36,000 during probation and BDT 46,000 upon confirmation.
