Job Responsibilities:
∎ BO A/C Management (Account opening, Closing related work)
∎ Transaction posting (Client Deposit/Withdrawals)
∎ Update client information in the Back office and CDBL of the branch
∎ Regular customer services: IPO Processing, DSE/i-trade registration, Tax/Wealth certificate
∎ Assisting and Monitoring KYC update: Legacy & Regular
∎ Automation/Semi-Automation Tasks of Service Delivery
∎ Services to others capital market concern both internal and external
∎ Documentation Management: Order sheet, trade confirmation, KYC, NID
∎ Maintenance of required and necessary documentation
∎ Monitoring and reporting in-house and external/regulatory compliance issue
∎ Assisting and Monitoring branch administrative activities
∎ Branch inventory management
∎ Petty cash & others billing management
∎ Complain management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Basic understanding of Customer Service, Compliance
∎ Basic understanding of Bangladesh Capital Market
∎ The candidate should be energetic, hardworking & enthusiastic with good interpersonal skills
∎ Capable enough to operate MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint at an advanced level in the updated operating system
