Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, Renewal and circulate all sort of company level Agreement/ License
∎ Ensuring daily bank reconciliation and other operations related reconciliation
∎ Ensuring all sort of Company level Tax and VAT related works as per National Board of Revenue, Bangladesh
∎ Ensure Branch Admin & support staff management
∎ Ensure day to day office management
∎ Physical movement to monitor & execute Branch level administrative activities
∎ Completing the Corporate Affairs related works and complete the compliance with RJSC
∎ Execution of Accounts payables
∎ Procurement FA & OPEX expenses execution
∎ Advance & pre-paid payment management
∎ Fixed Asset Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Basic understanding on Accounting principles, Internal & External Audit, and TAX & VAT management
∎ Basic understanding on Bangladesh Capital Market, Money Market, Economic System
∎ Experience and practical knowledge on IFRS and IAS
