Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)
∎ LLM (preferable)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Enrolled as an Advocate

∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To represent IDLC Finance Limited before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Artha Rin Adalat and Judge Court or any other courts;
∎ To ensure the appearance (HAJIRA) in the court for pending suits/cases, filing the suits and cases and time to time taking necessary steps with a view to dispose of the pending cases and suits as quickly as possible;
∎ Time to time maintain liaison with panel lawyers, collect case status from the panel lawyers and forward it to the Head Office legal team;
∎ Arrange to prepare memo for the payment of professional fees of the panel lawyers or other agencies;
∎ Before filing the cases and suits, arrange to check the plaint, complainant petition, written statement or any other required petitions;
∎ Maintain pending case status and arrange to send it to head office legal team in every month;
∎ Time to time deliver the information or status or position of the default customer as and when required from Special Asset Management Unit or any other officials.
∎ Examination of Land / Property documents
∎ Prepare report on chain of ownership of Land / Property documents
∎ • Provide opinion about the authenticity of ownership of Land / Property
∎ Prepare Deed / Agreement / Undertaking
∎ Visit customers / stakeholders offices, as and when required
∎ Title Search to verify the genuineness of title and chain of ownership with document vetting
∎ Any other duty assigned by the authority from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Minimum 2 years’ experience in Bank or Financial Institution or Credit Rating Agencies or any service driven financial sector or law chamber
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill and computer literacy specially in typing both in English and Bangla (Microsoft Excel, Word, Bijoy etc.).
∎ Should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Should also have knowledge of financial institution operations, policies and procedures, and systems.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure
Salary:
∎ Tk. 26000 - 31000 (Monthly)
∎ Officer Grade-I: BDT 26,000 during probation and BDT 36,000 upon confirmation.
Officer Grade-II: BDT 31,000 during probation and BDT 41,000 upon confirmation.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per company policy.
