Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Graduate in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication with client & PG, credit investigation by phone call or business visit, field/ project visit, collection of pending documents (if any) & preparation of credit appraisal and credit memo.
∎ Handling internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedure as well as external regulatory requirements during assessment.
∎ Achieving target through quality cases within given TAT.
∎ Delivering different assignments as per Management requirements.
∎ Scrutiny of approved plan and other relevant approvals of the project
∎ Determine the proposition of disbursement phase & ensuring proper work progress of the proposed security.
∎ Sound Knowledge about cost & Estimation of building.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Should also have knowledge of financial institution operations, policies and procedures, and systems.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Written and oral communication in English
∎ Computer Skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Office etc.)

Salary:
∎ Tk. 26000 (Monthly)
∎ Officer Grade-I: BDT 26,000 during probation and BDT 36,000 upon confirmation.
