Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Training on Fire Science and Occupational safety ( Six Months) from Bangladesh fire service and Civil defense.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ 100% export oriented garments manufacturing and Spanish invested organization. We are looking for an Officer (Fire & Safety) who has experience in Composite Knit Factories.
∎ Only dynamic, self-committed, energetic and hardworking candidates are encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be well familiar to set up firefighting equipment as per requirement of Bangladesh Fire Prevention Act.
∎ Should have vast knowledge on fire safety management to ensure fire safety in a composite factories
∎ Must have skills & experiences to lead a fire safety team efficiently.
∎ Monitor and ensure that facilities of fire hydrant, fire pumps, detection systems
∎ Have to adequate technical knowledge with practical working experiences regarding fire equipment installing and controlling.
∎ Should have practical knowledge and working experience with Accord/ Alliance/ RSC.
∎ Daily floor visit for ensuring all type of fire equipment are functional as well as follow up the daily checklist activities.
∎ To ensure In-house fire training for Firefighters, Rescuers, new employees and security personnel.
∎ Conduct monthly Fire & Emergency evacuation drill as per program to aware all workers & staffs.
∎ Conduct firefighting training from Fire Service & Civil Defense authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent team player, independent, Can Do attitude, Self-motivated & result oriented.
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh Fire prevention Act.
∎ Excellent communication in written & speaking in English.
∎ Knowledge of MS Office
∎ Strong communication (presentation & content) & interpersonal skills.
