Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in preparation of different financial statements and necessary reports.
∎ Ensuring proper documentation to support financial reports.
∎ Assist in preparation of annual budget and determination of the variances.
∎ Monitoring & liaise with banks regarding loan & lease statement.
∎ Monthly payment schedule.
∎ Bank A/C opening & closing.
∎ Banking correspondence.
∎ Look after directors Share, FDR , DPS and other necessary documents
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
