Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare daily bills, payment notes & vouchers;
∎ To prepare daily client bank reconciliation and follow up daily bank balance;
∎ Processing of fund withdrawals as requested by clients with note & voucher;
∎ Daily payment of payable (if any) to panel Brokers with note;
∎ Cash or Cheque honor in Capita software for clients and brokers;
∎ Pay Order processing regarding IPO application for own portfolio and clients' portfolio;
∎ VAT & TAX deduction from vendors' payment as per VAT & Tax Rules;
∎ Assist Head of Finance to prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly financial statements of the company;
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year experience in any reputed Merchant Bank/Brokerage House/Asset Management Company
