Responsibilities & Context:
To merchandise showroom in accordance with up-to-date product and accurate information and ensure that it is correctly placed and displayed and that it functions according to guideline.
To provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries.
To maintain good relationship with R & D department of ATML.
To work on new weave development.
Ensuring maximum machine utilization.
To communicate with customer to clarify & reconcile different matters (e.g., new inquiry, costing, quality & delivery).
To analysis critical, complex design of given swatch by buyers.
To communicate with production department according to the buyer’s comment.
