Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve annual value, volume and profitability target for the specified territory.
∎ Ensure active involvement in cycle planning activities.
∎ Attend regular sales calls as per plan to maintain sustainable trade relationship with dealer.
∎ Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities.
∎ Ensure sales collection within due time frame.
∎ Ensure merchandizing materials in all planed location to enhance brand awareness.
∎ Trade marketing activities as required to create the pool.
∎ Monitor inventory in key sales points to ensure product availability.
∎ Efficient management of key customer account.
∎ Ensure growth in market share.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1- 4 years related experience in MNC or local reputed organization.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
∎ Excellent Negotiation and Influencing Skills.
∎ Willing to drive Motorcycle.
