Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure perfect attendance of each incoming call in Customer Care Centre with effective telephone communication skills.
∎ Identify the nature of call – inquiry, complaint or request – and attend to the call accordingly.
∎ Place proactive outbound calls from customer database as per need.
∎ Provide adequate information to customers regarding products and services.
∎ Log all customer calls and details into the software.
∎ Escalate or forward calls to appropriate channel or back office contact.
∎ Flag frequently raised queries, complaints or requests.
∎ Identify & pursue revenue generating services with callers
∎ Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
∎ Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of customers over phone. Apply appropriate actions to effectively control a telephone call.
∎ Meets commitments & provide realistic commitments to customers.
∎ Follow up on pending customers complaints / service requests periodically following standard time-frame with multiple channels.
∎ Log all status updates into software against call log for instant retrieval
∎ Follow up to ensure pursuance of sales/service (revenue generating) leads.
∎ Other duties as assigned.
