Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree from any reputed University.
∎ Graduation on Veterinary Medicine (DVM)/B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry/Fisheries will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chicken and egg sales, Commercial Broiler Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Dealer Management, Feed Sales, Sales and Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Frequently visit feed dealers and poultry farms/traders.
∎ Nursing existing clients and searching new dealers/traders.
∎ Meet the sales target and increase the market share and visibility.
∎ Order collection from dealers/traders and placing order to Head Office.
∎ Ensure smooth delivery of feed and DOC/Broiler Birds.
∎ Preparing sales report in daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎
∎ Monitoring the payment process of dealers/traders.
∎ Motivate and influence the dealers/traders to pay the dues within the agreed time.
∎
∎ Provide technical supports to farmers & dealers regarding feed/broiler birds.
∎ Follow-up daily sales and report to line manager on present situation.
∎ Conduct market survey and report to Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Strong business understanding.
∎ Must be goal oriented.
∎ Must have strong communication and convincing Skills.
∎ Hard Working and eligible to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good skill in MS Office (specially Excel and Word).
∎ Willingness to work at anywhere in Bangladesh
