Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-4 years raw/chilled chicken meat selling experience, preferably engaged with corporate/institution channel.
∎ Must understand raw chicken market and corporate/institution customers,tender process,vendor enlistment & renewal process,product supply agreement,payment system e.t.c
∎ Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
∎ Possess good selling, negotiation and persuasion skills.
∎ Have adequate knowledge on geographical areas in Dhaka city.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify potential customers, pitch sales plan,negotiate delivery and collection process to onboard new customers.
∎ Achieve SKU wise sales target for raw/chilled chicken meat.
∎ Coordinate with customers, and other stakeholders to ensure sales growth.
∎ Ensure collection as per the collection schedule.
∎ Maintain customer database and ensure strong relationship with customers.
∎ Visit customers frequently to address any customer complaints and provide on-time solution and compliance with the set standard.
∎ Maintain a cold chain system during warehousing, loading, unloading and distribution in relevant solutions for customer satisfaction.
