Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Assist to develop production plan and schedule to ensure continuous operations.
∎ 2. Manage and order raw material inventory for active production work orders.
∎ 3. Process all planned orders for timely completion.
∎ 4. Prepare reports concerning downtime, equipment repairs, and delays.
∎ 5. Analyze consumption and production rates and determine production efficiency.
∎ 6. Monitor the execution of production plan and identify deviations.
∎ 7. Communicate production status and error updates to management on regular basis.
∎ 8. Develop standard procedures to optimize workflow.
∎ 9. Generate production reports for management.
∎ 10. Monitor and manage the availability of materials, equipment, resources and electricity.
∎ 11. Work with cross-functional teams to plan, analyze and manage production activities.
