∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prospecting & appoint new Dealer for Refrigerator, AC & TV products to increase sales & product availability in given Markets.
∎ Right selection of dealer and lead in setting up companies business.
∎ Setting up system & Process at dealer place to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.
∎ Effective Dealer management in terms of maintains right inventory norms, controlling credit and balancing right working capital.
∎ Achieve Targets for Revenue, Reach and profitability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have a sound knowledge in MS Excel.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Good Communication skill in Bangla and English both written and oral is necessary.
∎ Candidate who don't have the Direct Sales Experience in Refrigerator, AC & TV product sales need not to apply.
