Experience:
Prior working experience in poultry, fertilizer, pesticide and animal health sales operation will be preferred.
Adequate knowledge of geographical areas in Bangladesh.
Have excellent computer operating skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point Experience in dealing with dealers, agents, etc.
Have good communication, selling, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
Achieve monthly sales targets, coordinate with dealers, agents and farmers to accomplish target sales.
Ensure maximum selling pricing of chicks and feed to enhance profitability.
Identify new business opportunities and create new customers to increase sales volume and revenue.
Work closely with dealers and customers to ensure on-time credit realization.
Visit farmers regularly; guide them to manage flock health, and provide medication, if necessary.
Develop and maintain long term relationships with dealers and farmers to ensure customer retention.
Conduct market analysis, collect performance reports of competitors, be aware of competitor`s growth, and set strategies to gain higher market share.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report and provide updates to the Line Manager timely.
Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate.
