Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the company distribution business in a certain area.
∎ Sales planning and strategy for the area to achieve the individual sales target as assigned by the management.
∎ Find out potential channel partners, enroll new channel partners, or convert competitor channel partners to enhance market coverage by complying with company policy and procedure.
∎ Planned, organized, established a retail network/coverage, and ensure the growth of market share.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, customers, and stakeholders.
∎ Visit existing channel partners frequently and find out the problems (if any) and solve the problem.
∎ Communicate, lead, and implement different trade schemes in the assigned location/area.
∎ System and process implementation and ensure compliance with the company policy and procedure.
∎ Proficient to handle issues and knowledgeable in managing market intelligence.
∎ Collect, forecast, and analyze the market data and the competitor's market data and report to the respective supervisor.
∎ Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans by spotting gaps
