∎ Over the last few years, we have transformed into one of the largest cable TV distribution houses in Bangladesh. Our channels reach maximum cable TV households in the country directly or indirectly. We currently represent 8 channels of Star TV Networks & BBC etc. as exclusive distributor.
∎ For our upcoming digital cable and internet services, we require committed and energetic individuals to join our Customer Excellence department. The requirements are as follows:
∎ Designation: Officer
∎ Function Area: Customer Excellence
∎ Location: Dhaka City
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a large number of incoming calls & outgoing calls
∎ Make the schedule and follow up as per company policy
∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
∎ Handle customer complaints, request, queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents -Data analysis, make the report, deal with different customer-related survey
∎ Able to resolve the customers logical problems remotely training and others will be provided from time to time.
∎ Coordination with inter department
∎ Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
∎ Take all necessary information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone no.
∎ Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
∎ Have the mentality to work in shifting duty Roster 24/7 (Day, evening, night)
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), email, and Google.
∎ Other work which assigned by manager.
∎ The typical daily tasks include:
∎ Reporting/report preparing,
∎ Analyzing,
∎ Leadership,
∎ Team player.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: ISP and Cable Television Service.
∎ Experience in Broadband support will be of added advantage.
Salary:
