Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters from any recognized university with (CA CC Preferred).
∎ Special training in respect of VAT and custom duties will be considered as additional qualification.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare legal documents for trial court case proceedings relating to VAT & Customs.
∎ Work in relating to RJSC / CCI & E office.
∎ Work in relating to Company shares.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceedings as well as maintaing liaison with concern advocate. Government & semi-government bodies for relating to VAT, Customs & RJSC.
∎ Compliance to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
∎ To deal with RJSC, VAT, Customs related work documents as per direction of the management.
∎ Should have clear knowledge over VAT & SD Act 2012.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical experience in any large scale industries.
∎ Practical experience as Asst. VAT /Customs-Officer or equivalent post in a reputed organization
∎ Good computer knowledge.
∎ Strong communication and skill in English is essential.
∎ Retired VAT / Customs officer may apply. Age should not exceed 60 year's.

Salary: Negotiable
