Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have Bachelors in any discipline (a Finance [Banking degree shall be given preference) from any UGC approved local University or reputed foreign university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet and greet customers with smile and ensure quality Customer Service.
∎ Maintain and achieve TAT/SLA, queue time, wait time, and staff productivity.
∎ Ensure completeness of account opening activities.
∎ Manage and check locker services, student files and dormant accounts.
∎ Ensure transactions are processed with a high level of accuracy.
∎ Receive transfer requests of EFTN/RTGS/BACH.
∎ Resolve customer complaints effectively.
∎ Be responsible for general reconciliation of cheque book, ATM PIN/card etc and control activities of branch security items.
∎ Review and update TP and perform CTR/STR/SAR related activities.
∎ Ensure Audit rating of the branch is at least satisfactory.
∎ Be responsible for FCY endorsement in Passport/Credit Card.
∎ Identify prospects for cross-selling and refer the lead to the RO/RM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role shall be given preference.
∎ Good knowledge of Consumer products, local Banking regulations, policies and processes.
∎ Adequate computer skills with particular focus on Windows 7, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook.
∎ Proficiency both in written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Will be groomed either for Priority banking or Branch banking depending on the individual capability.
