Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline is acceptable. (SA8000 certification, Accord/Alliance, BSCI training will be an advantage)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Auditing factories (new factory, current factory, follow up audit) and preparing audit reports.
∎ Identification of any factories lack of compliance as per local law and buyer requirement.
∎ Develop factory guidelines on how to fix compliance issues and fulfill buyer requirement.
∎ Take initiative in self-development.
∎ Follow all office decorum and company policy.
∎ Factory compliance audit and review process as per the following activities: a) Internal Initial Audit b) Management Review c) Documentation Review d) Plant Visual Inspection e) Technical Audit f) 3rd Party Audit Preparation
∎ Any other related task as required by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in a well-reputed organization in the industry.
∎ Relevant business experience with having solid understanding of compliance in the apparel sector.
∎ Ability to effectively conduct different factory audit.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, time management ability.
∎ Good attention to detail and reporting skills.
∎ Good proficiency in common office software.
∎ Excellent written & verbal fluency in English.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable based on experience and qualification. Yearly salary review.
