Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with the COO to develop an Operating Plan to ensure alignment with short-term and long-term investment and strategic objectives.
∎ Ensuring internal control & compliance of the organization.
∎ Supervising trading & settlement operation.
∎ Formulating, reviewing and updating operational policies.
∎ Ensuring compliance of regulatory guidelines and internal policies and reporting to the higher authorities.
∎ Ensuring processing of the trade transactions and closing of the day.
∎ Supervising and approves the execution of the trigger sales.
∎ Maintaining liaison with regulators and stakeholders of the industry.
∎ Ensuring all required reports are prepared & submitted properly and timely to the regulatory authorities.
∎ Working alongside Software / Technology development team to ensure that the systems achieve outcomes in line with the Operating Plan.
∎ Developing business of the company by bringing new corporate and individual clients, building quality relationships with existing corporate and individual clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ In-Depth Knowledge in all business functions of a Stock broker.
∎ Good at numbers and financial planning.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Excellent communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.
∎ Should have own client base with large fund to boost up the trade volume of the company.
