Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing Proforma Invoice.
∎ Preparing documents and commercial activities.
∎ Collect delivery challan to factory delivery department and checking any miss mess.
∎ Follow up commercial documents & Collect UD/UP formalities buyer.
∎ EXP issue & duplicate reporting.
∎ Bank Maturity collect commination with buyer & Bank.
∎ Payment Realization collect to Bank.
∎ Able to make statements or reports which are assigned by the reporting senior.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
