Adept in Microsoft Office Operation.
Should have experience in LC operation and customs clearance of RM, Machineries and Spare parts.
Familiar with HS classification and customs rules.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare L/C documents to submit into the Bank for L/C establishment.
Tracking shipment and import documents, scrutinize copy documents to ensure error free incoming original shipping documents.
Frequently visit customs offices and C&F agents to make sure the RM, PM, machineries and spare parts are released without incurring demurrages.
On time arrangement of custom documents for duty payment.
Source, Negotiate and issue Purchase order for Computer accessories, stationaries and Printing materials and procure trade promotional materials and arrange delivery on timely manner.
Resolve disputes and arrange to get the warranty claims on time.
Ensure on time submission of bills for settlement.
Communication with internal stake holders regarding delivery of consignments for tracking and timely unloading.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
