• Age At most 30 years

• Adept in Microsoft Office Operation.

• Should have experience in LC operation and customs clearance of RM, Machineries and Spare parts.

• Familiar with HS classification and customs rules.

• Prepare L/C documents to submit into the Bank for L/C establishment.

• Tracking shipment and import documents, scrutinize copy documents to ensure error free incoming original shipping documents.

• Frequently visit customs offices and C&F agents to make sure the RM, PM, machineries and spare parts are released without incurring demurrages.

• On time arrangement of custom documents for duty payment.

• Source, Negotiate and issue Purchase order for Computer accessories, stationaries and Printing materials and procure trade promotional materials and arrange delivery on timely manner.

• Resolve disputes and arrange to get the warranty claims on time.

• Ensure on time submission of bills for settlement.

• Communication with internal stake holders regarding delivery of consignments for tracking and timely unloading.

• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
