Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have M. Com/MBA/B.com/BBA in Accounting/ Finance) and other similar disciplines with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations from any recognised institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deposit of Cash & Cheque to bank.
∎ Checking & payment of all TA/Da, mobile & other bills preservation in file & recoding in ERP accounting software.
∎ Cash collection from sales centre & distributors and updating the statement of cash.
∎ Payment and recoding I.O.U and timely adjustment.
∎ Maintaining of petty cash book on daily basis & recorded in ERP accounting software.
∎ Preparation of bank reconciliation statement.
∎ All HO bills posting in ERP,
∎ Other Enterprises cost transfer and Debit Note prepare and adjustment.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
