∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
∎ At least 02 years of relevant professional experience. Preference will be given to candidates having demonstrate experience in rights-based project implementation.
∎ Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works.
∎ Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality where applicable.
∎ Excellent command of communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent computer operating skills including MS Office package.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To contribute implementing UCEP Bangladesh's values, vision, mission and goals, and development of future strategy documents as needed.
∎ To prepare Industry database for conducting Industrial training and industrial tour for the students.
∎ To record all the training and job placement information in particular industry.
∎ To arrange and conduct industry-based meetings and ensure effective participation of industry/ employer to ensure their involvement to provide decent job for UCEP graduates.
∎ To arrange career guidance session with students in coordination with UCEP Bangladesh Job placement team.
∎ To visit industry frequently and find out the opportunity of job placement under the guidance of management.
∎ To arrange job fair, skills competition, students’ alumni events, and students' reunion program and follow up continuously.
∎ To publish the job placement news through online and print media.
∎ To obtain feedback from industry/employer about the current skills and required skills for the students.
∎ To prepare monthly/quarterly work plan in align with UCEP Head Office and Management.
∎ To prepare monthly/quarterly/annual progress report and update the management.
∎ To collect all relevant job circulars and provide on the notice board.
∎ To research the current job market and provide recommendations to the management.
∎ To maintain strict confidentiality of information, documents, and other internal and external communications.
∎ To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when required and assigned by the UIST authority/principal/vice-principal/departmental head.
∎ Nature of Job: Fixed-Term Contractual Staff (Core Position)/Short-Term Contractual Staff.
∎ Job Location: UIST - Chattogram (Ambagan), Dhaka (Jatrabari), Gazipur & Rangpur.
∎ Job Purpose: To contribute and construct a sustainable job placement strategy as well as industry database for UCEP Technical Education programme in line with UCEP’s Bangladesh's values, vision, mission, goals and relevant country lows.
