Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree (preferably BBA) from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Raise internal requisitions and purchase orders to assist site merchandisers to fulfill inventory targets
∎ Assist team in annual product receiving plan to achieve sales target
∎ Assess product mix requirements and place buying orders accordingly
∎ Analyze sales data to understand purchasing patterns to aid buying operations
∎ Track monthly receiving progress and incoming purchase orders in the warehouse and follow up on their arrival
∎ Replenish repeat items by tracking zero or low stock products on a regular basis
∎ Assist site merchandiser in product upload management and curate dynamic product display segments of the site
∎ Ensure products' inter-transfer between outlets and e-commerce warehouse to maximize sales
∎ Assist in order fulfillment when required for special order requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year of work experience
∎ Experience in Aarong product lines, customer segmentation, marketing, e-commerce, global fashion trends will be an added advantage
∎ Should have strong analytical ability
∎ Must have effective communication and negotiation skills
∎ Knowledge of time management
∎ Should have strong resolution management skill
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
