Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/ MS degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare event calendar in coordination with Brand & Sales team
∎ Organize engineers' & masons' seminars, events, activation etc across the country ensuring effective engagement with the target group
∎ Ensure all branding items are properly executed during event/ activation
∎ Coordinate with Sales team and other departments to process bills of each event and activation
∎ Personally, visit different locations to monitor POSM, shop sign, billboard, wall paint, transport branding & other outdoor advertisements
∎ Propose innovative POSM items, new billboard sites, wall paint & other outdoor advertisements to meet expected outcome from targeted business hubs across the country
∎ Maintain all documentation related to events & activation
∎ Collect local events information and sponsorship opportunities
∎ Facilitate rapport building between key engineers' and GPH
∎ Share key market information and competitors' outdoor activities to concern person (s) for necessary actions
∎ Any other tasks as and when required by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2/3 years' experience with specific focus in building material industry/ Advertising agency/ Event Activation etc.
∎ Must be able to travel extensively throughout the country
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Should be self-motivated, energetic and have ability to work under pressure
∎ Capable of multi-tasking
∎ Good negotiation and vendor management skill
∎ Very good event management skill
∎ Good computer skill; specially PPT and excel
∎ Clear understanding regarding branding
Salary: Negotiable
