• Develop and maintain daily financial dashboards, presenting up-to-date insights on the loan and deposit portfolio to support proactive decision-making.

• Prepare monthly variance analyses across branches, areas, regions, and departments, highlighting profitability metrics, asset yields and cost of funds on a month-on-month, year-on-year, and actual-vs-budget basis to evaluate performance and guide business strategy.

• Monitor sales performance and identify key drivers and areas requiring improvement.

• Produce comprehensive financial position summaries and competitive market intelligence reports for presentation to the Board, Management Committee, and other key stakeholders to support strategic and technical decision-making.

• Lead the annual budgeting process at multiple levels—including national, divisional, departmental, branch, and zonal—ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic goals.

• Preparing key financial highlights, performance trend graphs, and analytical narratives to support informed strategic and managerial decision-making.

• Oversee team coordination and capacity development, facilitating training initiatives to enhance analytical capabilities and reporting accuracy.

• Provide a wide range of ad-hoc financial and management reports to optimize sales strategies, products and customer segmentation.

• Utilize the allocated budget properly.
