Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile / Masters in any discipline from any reputed University
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard
∎ Assist to co-ordinate and follow up of QC's workload and schedules
∎ Monitor different properties of product by different tests e.g. Bursting Strength Test (BST), Edge Crush Test (ECT), Flat Crush Test (FCT), Compression Resistance Strength Test (CRS), Glue Viscosity Test (GVT), Paper Moisture Test (PMT) etc. an ensuring required quality
∎ Support QC's to be proactive search and create new ideas, solve problems and share with rest of the team
∎ Evaluate, identify talents through dialogue talks and ensure all QC's development & growth by supporting their needs
∎ Ensure tests procedures are properly understood, carried out, evaluated & investigated, if necessary
∎ Set up, maintaining controls & documentation procedures
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of experience in Quality Department from any Corrugated Carton Factory
∎ Proven experience in any Corrugated Carton factory
∎ Team player, independent, Can-do attitude, self-motivated & result oriented
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Good communication skills both in written & speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay at factory site
