Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Ceramic or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures that production equipment is working safely and efficiently
∎ Ensures that production goals are achieved
∎ Ensures Production quality & quantity control
∎ Ensures Daily production & break-down report give to the department head
∎ Ensures availability of spare parts to maintain daily operations
∎ Coordinates maintenance needs for departmental operations
∎ Coordinates with scheduling department to maintain daily operations
∎ Ensures operations are within specifications
∎ Interviews applicants and coordinate the training and development of their employees as needed
∎ Administers company policies correctly and in a uniform manner
∎ Responsible for attendance, performance and corrective action of all associates in assigned area
∎ Ensures safe and healthful working conditions and an organized work environment
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants should have 3-5 years' work experience in Polishing & Squaring of any reputed Ceramic Tiles plant
∎ Strong on product knowledge, technical and quality analysis
∎ Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all respect, strong work ethic
∎ Should be honest, team and service oriented
∎ Should be well verse in Bengali & English
∎ Willing to stay near factory site at own accord
Salary: Negotiable
