Job Context:
∎ Department: HR & Admin
∎ Work Location: Dhaka Office
∎ Line Manager: Human Resource Manager
∎ Purpose of the Role:
∎ The position will work under the direct supervision of Human Resource Manager and will undertake administration, general service, procurement, and government liaison related work at Dhaka office setting and beyond.
∎ This position is also responsible for the management and implementation of Prottyashi`s approach in government relations, partnering with different government bodies.
∎ Key Working Relationships:
∎ Position Reports to: Human Resource Manager
∎ Position directly supervises: Director of Programs

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance of Attendance Register, Monthly late statement preparing, movement registers maintaining
∎ Maintain personnel file (filing, collection required documents from personnel's)
∎ Ensure that letters/ documents etc are delivered to the recipients and placed immediately and accurately in proper files.
∎ Meet with local government officials and other agencies as and when assigned by the Director-Programs
∎ Maintaining leave and preparing leave statement of Dhaka office staff
∎ Facilitate procurement as per Prottyashi Procurement Manual for Dhaka office
∎ Receive and purchase store materials
∎ Manage and supervise the day to day works of Drivers, Peon, Guards, Cleaner, Gardener, Caretaker, Administrative Assistant, and Office Assistant as appropriate
∎ Ensure routine courier service.
∎ Guest room maintenance
∎ Maintain store at Dhaka office (requisition, purchase, supply / delivery)
∎ Purchase asset and input for Dhaka office (as & when required)
∎ Assist to distribute different logistic to branch office
∎ Vehicle maintenance & other equipment maintenance. (Laptop, Camera, multimedia projector etc)
∎ Assist to organizing meeting at Dhaka office
∎ Maintain Telephones (land phone)
∎ Perform any other job as when deemed necessary by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience:
∎ At least 2 years of total work experience in the relevant field.
∎ Excellent writing and editing skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and ensure deliverables on time
∎ Ability to elicit collaboration and cooperation from internal and external stakeholders particularly with government
∎ Experience can be relaxed for highly deserving candidate
∎ Competencies: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
∎ Demonstrable understanding of project planning and project cycle management
∎ Required to be able to function comfortably in a complex work environment, under pressure whilst prioritizing multiple tasks.
∎ Good supervisory, time management and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to build good working relationships and work effectively with program, field staff and HQ from a distance.
∎ Ability to respond to multiple priorities in a timely manner, producing high-quality outcomes.
∎ Diplomatic and tactful, able to work with diverse teams.
∎ Excellent social skills, positive and professional attitude, ability to work well in a team setting.
∎ Good listener, cooperative and flexibility, and creativity.
∎ Self-motivated and able to handle multiple work demands.
