Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have MBA (Accounting) /M.COM (Accounting) from any reputed University with minimum 2nd class/ division or CGPA 2.50 or equivalent result in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely reporting of Financial Statements in daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ yearly
∎ Monitor the reconciliation of all general ledger and subsidiary ledger
∎ Preparation of monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/ annual budget as necessary
∎ Monitor, review, control the accounting transaction, records and documentation
∎ Ensure transactions are properly recorded into the register book and software.
∎ Develop the Chart of Accounts
∎ Preparation of VAT return and submission of VAT returns on time as per law
∎ Ensure the total working process as per requirement of internal and external auditors
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
