Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree/honours in Commerce background/Accounting or in any other relevant field
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain petty cash, cash book register, bank book register, Cheque book register and prepare and give posting of all vouchers (Debit voucher, Credit voucher, Journal voucher, etc.)
∎ Review and monitor all advances and do the adjustments on time.
∎ Verify the bills and proceed for payments as per budget approval
∎ Maintain all office files and records, and keep updates for the project office.
∎ Prepare Monthly bank reconciliations and banking transactions.
∎ Support procurement process and Maintain Stock Register (stationery and training) separately and prepare monthly stock status report.
∎ Coordinate with MABFO Dhaka Office for admin and procurement issues.
∎ Maintain Leave forms and update contract information regularly.
∎ Ensure that staff transfers, contract renewal are handled in conformity with the Muslim Aid’s transfer policy and MACH’s contract renewal policy.
∎ Provide all sorts of administrative supports required in the project office.
∎ Check training related documents and maintain logbooks.
∎ Support to local MABFO administration for implementing skill development training.
∎ Performing any other responsibilities/assignments given by the supervisor.
∎ Ensure proper cleaning of the premises, official desks, rooms and bathrooms all the days.
∎ Keep and ensure all types of format available in the office format box.
∎ Provide all logistic support for conducting training, meeting and workshop at regional level.
∎ Maintain close contact with the local authority for legal permission of the project site and obtain approval to run courses.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Word/ Excel/PowerPoint
∎ Ability to work as a part of a team and take direction accurately.
∎ Good organization, coordination and project management skills.
∎ Fluent in communicating in English and Bengali - verbal and written.
∎ Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
∎ Knowledge/Experience on grievance or complaints handling or methods/procedures of resolving.
∎ Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
∎ Knowledge/Experience on procuring goods and services, tendering, RFP/RFQ drafting and developing TOR.
∎ Ability to maintain Administrative tasks and responsibilities.
∎ Ability to develop sound, credible and reciprocal relations with all staff.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
