Graduation in any subject from any reputed public/private university or college having working at least 2 years working experience in Despatch department in any organization, good interpersonal skill, computer skill (MS Excel and Word) and communication skill are essential.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) is looking for self-motivated, competent & experienced officials, who are willing to build career with one of the most prestigious professional Institutes of Bangladesh in the following positions:
Functions: Check mail of the concerned department, update the mailing address of the Members of ICAB, Receive various letters, documents, goods, etc. from outside and send it to the concerned department or official of ICAB, send journals, letters, documents, goods, etc. from ICAB to the Members of ICAB and others accordingly, provide Certificate and Professional level congratulation letters to the students, maintain proper record of the incoming and outgoing letters, documents, goods, etc., coordinate and communicate vital and emergency information to the concerned person accordingly, and any other activity assigned by the authority.
