SSC/ HSC in any subject from any subject from any reputed university or institute
• Understanding of recruitment stages, interview logistics, and candidate documentation.
• Have knowledge on photocopier, printer and scanner operating.
• Familiarity with filing systems, scheduling, and office supply management.
• Understanding of professional email and phone etiquette, especially when interacting with candidates and internal teams.
The Administrative & HR Support Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the HR and Administration teams in managing recruitment, office operations, logistics, and hospitality. This role ensures smooth coordination of administrative and HR activities, maintaining confidentiality, efficiency, and a professional work environment.
Assist in preparing and organizing interview materials, attendance sheets, evaluation forms, and recruitment-related meetings.
Coordinate communication with candidates through emails, phone calls, and messages, and manage registration and documentation during interview days.
Arrange logistics for recruitment events, meetings, workshops, and conferences, including room setup, equipment, and required materials.
Ensure proper filing, digitization, and confidentiality of HR documents and staff personal files.
Provide general administrative support including photocopying, printing, data entry, and filing.
Maintain and manage petty cashbook, and visit banks or other offices for official purposes as instructed.
Support in organizing staff wellbeing programs and other office events.
Manage office refreshments — ensuring availability of tea, milk, sugar, and snacks; prepare and serve refreshments to staff, guests, and candidates.
Keep the tea and refreshment area clean and maintain an updated record of food and beverage items.
Provide hospitality support to visitors and guests, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR or Admin management team.
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
