Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a Odoo Functional Executive to join our growing team. As an Odoo Functional Executive, you will play a key role in understanding our clients business requirements, configuring Odoo to meet those requirements, and providing ongoing support and guidance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, a deep understanding of Odoo modules, and excellent communication skills.
∎ Responsibilities
∎ Requirement Gathering:
∎ Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
∎ Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend effective Odoo solutions.
∎ Configuration and Customization:
∎ Configure Odoo modules to align with client specifications.
∎ Customize and extend Odoo functionalities to meet unique business needs.
∎ Implementation and Integration:
∎ Lead the implementation of Odoo solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
∎ Collaborate with technical teams for seamless deployment.
∎ User Training and Support:
∎ Provide training to end-users on Odoo functionalities and best practices.
∎ Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
∎ Documentation:
∎ Create detailed functional and technical documentation.
∎ Maintain documentation for future reference and training purposes.
∎ Collaboration:
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and other Executives.
∎ Collaborate with clients to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

∎ Qualifications
∎
∎ Strong knowledge in ERP Business management Software.
∎ it is good to have experience as a Software Trainer.
∎ Familiarity with agile project Management methodologies.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
