Job Context

Cityscape Lifestyle Limited is seeking a skilled and motivated Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing ERP implementation team. The selected candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, development teams, and clients to analyze business requirements and deliver optimized ERP solutions using Odoo. This role demands strong functional knowledge, coordination skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Job Responsibilities

·       Analyze business processes and customer requirements and map them effectively with Odoo functionalities.

·       Configure, customize, and implement Odoo ERP modules end-to-end according to business needs.

·       Possess strong understanding and hands-on experience with major Odoo modules and their internal workflows.

·       Coordinate closely with the development team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assigned tasks.

·       Perform GAP analysis, functional design, and system analysis to meet business objectives.

·       Act as a business consultant, advising customers on best practices and ERP-driven solutions.

·       Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRD, functional specifications, SOPs, and test cases.

·       Conduct module testing, validate developed functionalities, and ensure system quality and accuracy.

·       Deliver end-user training sessions and ensure smooth system adoption and usability.

·       Oversee the complete ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

·       Present ERP solutions and prototypes to clients and stakeholders professionally.

·       Document configuration settings and provide guidelines for future enhancements or maintenance.

Required Skills & Competencies

·       Strong functional knowledge of Odoo ERP.

·       Basic to intermediate understanding of Python, SQL, XML, and JavaScript.

·       Experience working with ERP systems such as Odoo, ERPNext, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar platforms.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

·       High level of initiative, creativity, and a solution-driven approach.

·       Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

·       Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Educational Requirements

·       BSc / CSE or equivalent academic background.

Experience Requirements

·       Minimum 5+ year of relevant experience as an ERP / Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role.
