Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide first aid treatment to workers when required.
- Provide medicine to workers according to the prescription of doctor.
- Will assist to HR dept. during age & fitness estimation of new workers.
- Properly provide health and medical service to employees.
- Training to be provided to all first aiders.
- Dressing to be provided to the injured employees
- Measure blood pressure, weight, Anaemia, Oedema, Pulse, Temperature, LMP and EDD of pregnant lady/ expected mother.
- Maintain the accident register regularly.
- Maintain pregnant workers health checkup, follow up register, Maternity Register.
- Every day cheek all first aid box as per item list to find out any short items and expired items available or not.
- To supervise medical center properly and follow the guideline of compliance.
- Make sure hygienic environment of medical room.
