Responsibilities & Context:
Key Accountabilities:
Monitor patient`s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
Observe and interpret the patient`s symptoms and communicate them to Surgeon.
Collaborate with doctors and other medical staff to devise individualized care plans for patients
Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, medicine, etc.) and fill in patients` charts
Adjust and administer patient`s medication and provide treatments according to Doctor’s orders
Record and maintain different kinds of documentation of the Hospital and carry out outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) related work
Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.) and ensure that all registers and documents are maintained properly
Provide instant medical care in emergencies and assist surgeons during operations
Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
Ensure regular maintenance and autoclave of OT and surgical instruments and machinery as well as a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and patients
Guide Aya & cleaner for proper hygiene and cleanliness inside the hospital centre.
Making Smooth communication with the Hospital Manager/ Duty Doctor of the Hospital & External surgeon.
Any other task assigned by the Hospital Management.
